Colorful Pork Sosaties
Colorful Pork Sosaties
Ingredients:
1 MALU Pork Neck DDD
Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Red Bel Pepper
Red Onion
60ml Olive Oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic
Method:
Cut the Pork neck, zucchini, yellow squash, red bel pepper and red onion into bite size cubes.
Thread all your different cubes onto a skewer in any random sequence.
Mix olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper together.
Marinade the sosaties with the oil and herb mixture.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Grill at 180°C or Braai until the meat is cooked.
(You can swap the veggies for your favourites)
