Creamy Pork Pasta


  • 2 MALU Pork fillets (Cut into strips)
  • Olive Oil
  • 250g Penne Pasta
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow / Green Bell Pepper
  • 500ml Cream
  • 125ml Sour Cream
  • 60ml Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Fresh Parsley


  1. Bring salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Add a dash of olive oil to a frying pan, fry pork fillet strips until brown on both sides.
  3. Set fillet strips aside.
  4. In the same frying pan add bell peppers and sauté until tender. Add peppers to pork fillet strips.
  5. Add cream, sour cream, parmesan, chilli powder, cumin and paprika to any pot or pan of your choice and let simmer until it starts to thicken.
  6. Add fillets strips and peppers to the cream mixture and toss until coated an heated through.
  7. Serve warm over pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
