1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar or Rice Wine Vinegar
1 table spoon White Sesame Seeds
Method:
Season the pork strips with Salt and Pepper
Pour oil into a heavy bottom skillet on medium heat. Once oil is warm add the seasoned pork strips. Fry until light brown on both sides, remove from skillet and set aside.
In a small bowl mix honey, sweet chilli, vinegar and sesame seeds together.
In the same skillet add more oil if necessary to fry ginger and garlic. Stir until you smell the fragrance of ginger and garlic (30 seconds).
Raise the heat to high and add sauce mixture. Bring to a boil and stir frequently.
When the sauce is bubbly with the consistency of warm honey add the pork strips. Toss constantly to coat the strips, the sauce will turn to a sticky glaze.
Serve immediately over rice or serve as finger food
Garnish with white sesame seeds and fresh spring onion
