Slice your Pork Neck into thumb thick steaks (not too thick).
Tenderise the steaks with a meat tenderizer.
Put a pan on high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
Panfry your steaks, remember to season with salt and pepper. (You can also braai the steaks)
Once the steaks are almost done, brush with your favourite BBQ sauce and fry or braai until brown / caramelised.
Start assembling your Pork Neck Steak burger.
Prego bread roll, Butter, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, marinated steak and some extra BBQ or Prego sauce.
