The Rustic Pork Burger

Ingredients:

  • 6 MALU Pork Patties
  • 300g Coleslaw Mix
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hand full of fresh Coriander leaves
  • 6 Portuguese Rolls

Yield: 6

Cooking time: 30min

Method:

  1. Pan fry or Braai the MALU Pork patties until nicely caramelised but still juicy on the inside.
  2. While the patties are cooking prepare your coleslaw. Mix together your favourite coleslaw mix (The more colour the better), Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. You can add the coriander leaves to the coleslaw mix or use as garnish on the burger.
  4. Build your burger.

Tip:

Don’t be shy with the coleslaw!
